MAY 2010:
Together with our partners Geolink Consulting UK we have delivered our sixth consecutive year of Advanced Survey Training for the Land Registry of England and Wales.
Three courses were run this year in Bristol as part of a programme which is aimed at providing AssocRICS membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.The courses involved the students working with different methods of surveying including the use of RTK GPS and Total station.
NOVEMBER 2009:
Since september PBTDS director Paul Bullock has been working with the Immovable Property Registration Office (IPRO) in Albania on its World Bank funded Land Administration and Management Project (LAMP). His key role has been to train and advise their Training Manager as the IPRO provide their management and staff with much needed skills and knowledge which will enable them to complete this important programme of work.
JUNE 2009:
PBTDS successful in Training Needs Assessment for AREC in Republic of Macedonia:

PBTDS have just returned from its first visit to the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre in the Republic of Macedonia. Based in Skopje where AREC's HQ is situated, the first phase of the project involved interviews and focus groups to find out how the AREC were progressing with their World Bank project, the training which has been provided through SIDA and to gauge the curent skills within the organisation. PBTDS were supported by their expert partners Geolink Consulting UK in identifying the key technical skills required across the organisation which will help it to continue to progress over the next 3 years.
MAY 2009:
PBTDS wins bid for Developing Training Plan and Learning Strategy in Azerbaijan:
May saw Paul in Baku starting work to further elaborate the training plan and learning strategy within the Real Estate Cadastre Registration Project (RERP) for Azerbaijan. His work involves developing a time based training plan for the length of the World Bank project. Together with the Project Management Unit for the RERP, he has been working with the SCPI and the SLCC who are the two implementing agencies responsible for the Real Estate Cadastre in Azerbaijan. The first stage of this project was to gather information across both organisations through interviews and meetings. The next stage which starts in July will bring together the information gathered and provide a training strategy and plan for the remainder of the World Bank project.
